Northern Territory Chamber of Commerce in partnership with registered training organisation RTO# 40961,The Hinwood Institute and Knowledge Accesswould like to invite all business to join a one-day intensive workshop to learn how to create repeat business with quality customer service, create better outcomes with less effort and manage difficult customers. Our short course in Customer Service now aligns with the BSBOPS404 Implement customer service strategies.

By attending and completing the evidence requirements, you can be recognised with a nationally recognised accreditation Upon completion of the Customer Service Training Program you can now submit for an evidence-based assessment to attain this accreditation. Most of which is completed in class. Once assessed, will be issued with the “NT Chamber of Commerce Certificate of Customer Service” with proof of your assessed competencies from our partner RTO.
