Her passion comes from personal experience managing overwhelming demands. This led her to explore productivity and prioritisation deeply. Barbara now helps others simplify complexity, overcome procrastination, and create sustainable systems that support effective leadership and long-term balance.

Cecilia Yeung

Cecilia Yeung is passionate about helping people transform from the inside out, blending intuition with proven leadership techniques. She has delivered impactful programs to over 5,000 professionals across Asia Pacific, supporting both emerging leaders and executives to lead with purpose, clarity, and connection.

After experiencing severe burnout and personal breakdown, Cecilia rebuilt her life through resilience, self-care, and mindset transformation. Judy Hinwood co-developed the Stress to Strength model, a practical approach to building emotional resilience and managing stress. Now part of The Hinwood Institute’s Resilient Leader Program, her work supports leaders, professionals, and individuals across diverse sectors through simple, effective coaching methods.

Her approach focuses on delivering immediate, sustainable results without overcomplicating challenges. Through easy-to-apply techniques, Judy helps people improve wellbeing, productivity, and balance.
