Recommended Conflict Resolution Options
Option 1: Accredited Workplace Mediation
As an accredited mediator with the Resolution Institute of Australia, Barbara has had extensive training in the precise process of non-biased mediation that leads to successful resolution agreements. We provide mediation in Alice Springs and across the Northern Territory, as well as online for remote teams.
Option 2: Independent, Facilitated Workplace Discussion
This solution creates an unbiased, neutral and safe space to discuss and negotiate a plan to move forward on predetermined topics. Typically a nominated person, such as a HR Manager or one of the business partners, will action the request.

Our Credentials
Barbara has a Cert IV in Business Leadership & Management and provides professional development training in leadership, negotiation, communication, assertiveness, managing difficult behaviours, emotional resilience, stress management and conflict.
Barbara has been an educator and consultant for the Business Enterprise Centre, Chamber of Commerce and EASA/Corp Solutions to name a few.
Deliverables
Independent workplace discussions or mediation times are an estimate only. Charges apply to the hours provided at $200 per hour (plus GST).
If one party is reluctant to enter into discussion, a private conflict coaching program may be an ideal alternative. We offer conflict coaching for individuals and teams across Alice Springs, the Northern Territory and beyond.
