Time Tamer Challenge
In this seven day challenge you will come away with rocket fuelled focus, a very clear strategic plan for growth, and tools to stay on top.
What could you do with an extra 2 hours in your day?
Would it mean that you didn’t miss out on that quote for new business? Would it mean you’re not letting down the company with the projects or events you’re meant to be organising?
You’ll know exactly where you’re wasting time and why, gaining back up to 10 hours into your working week.
REGISTRATION
How much money are you wasting with:
- lost emails
- lost opportunities
- late conversations
- last minute marketing or communication.
Are you managing your business like the plate spinner in a circus?
How many ‘plates’ have fallen and what is the next one going to cost you?
Less mistakes, less revenue lost, more time, more productivity, more income, more growth and opportunity.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN ON THIS 7 DAY CHALLENGE
Day 1: Ease & Impact Mapping
How to use the Ease & Impact Mapping tool and what t o place in each quadrant.
DAY 2: Prioritisation Tool
The Urgent Important Quadrant also used with the 4 D's (Do it, Defer it, Delegate it, Delete it) but with practical examples of how to apply it to emails and other digital tools for rapid improvement.
DAY 3: Planning - Eating an Elephant
Participants will be taken through the physical brain dump and mapping methodology used by script writers, project planners etc.
Day 4: The Time Budget
Even though there is the planing. There is still the doing. This method shows you how to turn the thinking into doing with a tangible and practical plan.
Day 5: Toggl.com tracking time
How to set up toggl.com. For those that might be technology adverse, participants will also be given an example of how to set up a manual document.
Day 6: Procrastination
Right next to prioritisation, procrastinaton is the biggest time thief. Let's debunk a myth. Procrastination is NOT about self discipline. You no longer have to beat yourself up for not getting something done.
Learn why you do it and how to stop it.
Day 7: Email Mastery
Just because this is the way we've always done it, doesn't mean we should keep doing it. Do we still need " music albums" when we listen to single tracks on spotify and not a compilation on a record? Did you know that most of the methods you are using to manage your emails are based on paper technology? It's a bit like living in the matrix.
