Please note the most important thing to remember with this questionnaire is that you cannot, under any circumstances whatsoever, fail this in any way. Whatever you choose to write as your response will be the correct answer. This simply allows us to get to know you better.
However, if you struggle to answer a question, are unsure, or find the exercise stressful then simply stop and move to the next question.

Life can be hectic, and things change, but you will do your best to keep your coaching times and let us know if possible in advance if there are any unavoidable changes, as you would expect of us.
You will offer honest feedback as to how we are performing, and make suggestions where you can see how we can improve.
We may ask you to refer new clients to our coaching, by telling them the benefits you have received. Then we will continue to grow, to help and support other individuals, and always be here for you.
